BLVD will issue a Preliminary Agreement which outlines a scope of works for professional services including:
- The type of construction we will use
- The size and description of your new home
- The estimated base price
- Standard Inclusions list
- BLVD terms and conditions
Upon signing the Preliminary Agreement and standard inclusions document, and tendering an initial deposit, we will commence preliminary works on your behalf.
BLVD will arrange the works outlined in the preliminary agreement of:
- Feature survey
- Soil test
- Re-establishment survey
- Order property information
- Conduct a design brief meeting
- Prepare a preliminary tender
Upon the initial deposit, your dedicated Sales Consultant will arrange your custom design meeting and procure all necessary property reports. This pivotal Design Meeting will be held at the BLVD.HOMES Design Office during business hours, where our expert design team will formally brief you, delve into floor plans, explore options, and detail precise specifications.
We encourage you to allocate ample time for this crucial collaborative session, as it profoundly shapes the outcome of your new home.
